As an Airbourne Infantryman, you will insert behind enemy lines to take and hold the Orne River Bridge
(Pegasus Bridge), deny the enemy the use of the road and to deny the arrival of enemy reinforcements. The
bridge is a steel bridge, spanning a fairly deep and wide trench and you can expect very stiff opposition. The
enemy will not give up the bridge easily. These units are restricted to troops at least 15 years old, on the day
of the game and
you must be at the event by 8:00 AM on Friday, June 13.
As an Airbourne Artilleryman, Sniper or Anti-tank Gunner, you will be called upon to provide artillery
support against enemy emplacements, enemy armour and be the advance warning system, in the case of
enemy reinforcements. These positions require extreme patience, nerves of steel and a great deal of
stealth, in order to ensure the success of the mission. You must also display the ability to determine when
to open fire or sit, watch and report on the enemy activity. This unit is restricted to troops at least 15 years
old, on the day of the game and
you must be at the event by 8:00 AM on Friday, June 13.
